It is not egg pudding people. (i know it looks like it) It supposed to be CREME BRULE! I was wondering what ingredient makes Creme Brule so expensive when you buy it outside. Then all I used this time are milk, eggs, fresh cream, sugar and vanilla essence.(I actually used a vanilla hull, taking its seeds out of the hull was the fun part!) It smelled so good, but I put wrong amt of sugar and turned up to be super-hyper sweet :P I should perhaps go back to my routine of making cheese cake again...
